Many of our Year 8 students were involved in the Irish News 'Young News Reader' project. They loved browsing their copies of the newspaper and completing accompanying tasks.
They also had a chance to experience being a reporter for a day, where they interviewed a person who has had a positive influence on them.
Mark Mc Ginley (8MD) was awarded 'top interview of the week' from hundreds of entries across N.Ireland, participating in the award-winning 'Irish News Young News Readers Media Project'. Mark's winning interview was published in this week's school edition of the paper.
