Onatti Theatre Company
We welcomed the Onatti French Theatre Company to our school to perform for Years 9, 10 and GCSE pupils. What a fun, interactive performance, our pupils absolutely loved it! Ulster Schools Cross Country
Congratulations to all our students who braved the tough weather conditions yesterday in Mallusk for the Ulster Schools’ Cross-Country! Ulster Schools All Star
Congratulations to Erin McGinn who was presented with her Ulster Schools All Star Award last night. We are incredibly proud of Erin, a talented player, and a wonderful role model! Receiving her award was a special moment for Erin, her family, St Ciaran's and her club Aghaloo.


Water Quality Improvement Project
9RP took part in a four-week Water Quality Improvement Project, delivered by The Speedwell Trust and funded by DAERA. During the project, the pupils visited the River Torrent in Parkanaur to carry out some geography fieldwork tasks. They also assessed the water quality by checking species indicators and carried out sampling to check for the presence of pollutants.

Year 13 Young Enterprise

Year 11 Ski Trip
Our Year 11 pupils enjoyed a fantastic six-day ski trip to Lavarone, Italy, where 48 students and 4 staff members took to the slopes for an action-packed adventure. Set against the stunning backdrop of the Italian Alps, students embraced the challenge of learning a brand-new skill, building confidence as they progressed from beginners to confident skiers. The Archdiocese of Armagh has held their own launch service to mark Catholic Schools Week. The mass toolk place at St John the Baptist Church, Drumcree and celebrated this year’s theme, “Normal Lives, Called to Holiness”. Extended Schools Programme
Another successful Extended Schools Programme ahs taken place, with P7 students from St. Mary’s P7 Ballygawley, & St Mary’s PS Cabragh taking part in Coding, Art & Technology lessons. Cross Country
District E Cross-Country Well done to all our students who competed in last week’s Cross Country Championships in Necarne, Irvinestown. Primary School Visits
Our Year 8s have been busy returning to their former primary schools to speak to the primary 7 pupils in advance of our annual open night. Shared Education
8MC enjoyed a fantastic day developing their entrepreneurial and leadership skills as part of our Shared Education Programme, supported by PeacePlus through the GR8 Project.
