Our STAR Values infographic offers pupils, parents, and staff a clear and engaging overview of the Positive Behaviour Policy and the values we nurture at St Ciaran’s.

These values are at the heart of school life and are reflected in daily activities, interactions, and conversations.

The STAR Values are also linked to SIMs Merits and can be used as a guide for setting positive behaviour targets.

They reinforce our school motto, “Including Everyone, Inspiring All to Succeed”, and strengthen the culture of “Inclusion, Aspiration, Growth, Success” that defines St Ciaran’s College.
