Well done to Alanna, who got to the final 16 in the All Island Healthy Home Chef Cookery Competition (junior) at ATU St Angela's, Co. Sligo.

She made cod with a chilli and lime crust on a bed of champ with roasted vegetables, along with a chilli and lime vinaigrette. Alanna was exceptional on the day.
