Bake With Me – Nomad

The Home Economics Department hosted "Bake along with me," featuring Helen from Nomad.

We welcomed our special guest Helen - the talented owner of Nomad, a beloved local coffee stop, known for its homemade treats and speciality coffee. Students had the unique opportunity to bake alongside a professional, learning firsthand tips and techniques.

The session was hands on, engaging, followed by a step-by-step, creating banana bread chocolate chip muffins that could rival any bakery counter. Beyond the recipes Helen shared valuable insight into her journey to running Nomad, sparking inspiration among young bakers and entrepreneurs.
