Congratulations to our amazing Kristen Nugent who was crowned the winner of the Springboard FutureChef national competition. The final took place at Westminster Kingsway College in London.
Kristen, only 15 years old, continued to work with chef James Devine to refine her skills and create her award winning dishes after winning the regional heat.
As winner, Kristen will now receive support, development and apprenticeship opportunities from Springboard, including the chance to have her recipes published.
What a fantastic achievement for such a talented young lady - we knew you could it Kristen!
