Recently 12 pupils participated in the Ulster Schools 1- Wall Handball finals in Loughmacrory
The U13.5 Girls team of Dearbhla Quinn, Ava Mullin, Meave McCartin and Cliodhna McKenna played very well but went out in the group stages by a narrow margin.
The U15.5 Boys team of Lorcan O’Neill, Marcus McLaughlin, Cillian Walker and Kevin Rafferty got out of their group, but lost to eventual winners St Patrick's Cavan, in a closely fought semi final.
The U13.5 Boys team of Daniel Curran, Matthew McCrystal, Sean Boyle and Conor McCrystal had a fantastic tournament and made it all the way to the Ulster final, but unfortunately they too came up against a strong St Patrick's side, who defeated them on the very tight score line of 22- 19.
A huge credit to all the players who represented the school extremely well and thanks to Ulster GAA Handball for organising such a great event!
