Water Quality Improvement Project

9RP took part in a four-week Water Quality Improvement Project, delivered by The Speedwell Trust and funded by DAERA.
During the project, the pupils visited the River Torrent in Parkanaur to carry out some geography fieldwork tasks.
They also assessed the water quality by checking species indicators and carried out sampling to check for the presence of pollutants.
