Today our Year 11 GCSE History pupils visited Derry as part of their studies on Northern Ireland 1965-1998. They had a guided tour of the Bogside which is rich in History, focusing on Civil Rights and Bloody Sunday and studying the murals which reflect the north of Ireland’s troubled past.
They then went to the Derry Girls mural which will assist our artists in the group with their GCSE Art portfolio.
